BY PLACING A BID YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyers fee will be added to your final bid. BIDDING: By bidding you are entering into a binding legal contract. All bids are final and once placed cannot be retracted or removed. Neither the Auction House nor the platform are responsible for any missed bids due to poor internet connection or failure of software. PICKUP: All items must be picked up on the specified date and time unless alternate arrangements have been made with the Auction House. Any items not removed on the pickup date (unless you’ve made arrangements with the auction house) will become property of the Auction House. The Auction House has the right to resell your item without issuing you a refund. SHIPPING: Shipping varies by auction and will be specified in the auction description. CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS PAYMENTS: All payments must be made with a debit or credit card. By placing a bid you are agreeing to allow us to charge your card following the auction for the full amount of your bid and the buyers premium for all items you were the highest bidder of. RESERVE BID: Some items may have a reserve on them set by the seller. If an auction concludes without reaching the reserve price the seller has 24 hours period to evaluate and accept the highest bid. During this period the bidder cannot lower or retract their bid how’ve they can increase their bid. TAXES: We are obligated by Ohio law to collect tax on their behalf on all items sold from our location unless the property is purchased for resale under a proper state-issued resale number, or other legal exemption.
